Our aim
That when you wash daal in a thali you see whole grain — uniform size, little dust, no surprise stones — because someone at the mill sorted with the same care as for their own dal-chawal.
Our motive
Mandi lots mix years and qualities. Our motive is to buy closer to harvest, clean in open trays where light shows impurity, and pack in bags farmers and shopkeepers can trust when they write our name on the wall.
What we keep in stock
Split and whole pulses as your region eats them — not exotic types nobody asks for. Names and crop year can be written on the wholesale tag when you need it.
