High protein atta
Our aim
Roti that fills longer — by adding chickpea, lentil or soya in careful proportion with wheat so dough still rolls thin and cooks soft, not rubber like some “health” flours.
Our motive
Young people leave for labour; elders stay. Our motive is to put natural protein back in the daily meal without fancy packets from the city — ground here, explained in simple language, price fair for a village pocket.
What we watch
Protein blend is useless if the family stops eating it. We test chapati feel and taste with our own cooks before a ratio is fixed for the season.
