Atta · Bajra, jowar, ragi with wheat

Low GI millet atta

Our aim

Chapati that rises slower in the blood — by bringing back millets our grandmothers knew, ground with enough wheat so the rolling pin still behaves in your hand.

Our motive

City doctors say “eat millet” but bags in shops are dusty and unknown. Our motive is to buy millets from the same dry belts where they grow, mill with wheat in ratios we test on diabetic neighbours first, not on a lab chart alone.

Why low GI matters here

Sugar is not only a town problem now. We want older people in the village to eat roti without guilt — fibre from millet slows the spike, if portion and oil stay sensible.
